All Brian Properties' commercial brokers either hold or are working toward the advanced designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  The education required for the designation includes course work in site selection,  investment  analysis,  income tax ramification of real estate investment and interpersonal relationship skills.  The CCIM designation also requires continuing education in order to keep our brokers ahead of the curve in this dynamic industry.

Building Representation

 Brian  Properties' team utilizes  a  proven  marketing  system that seeks out tenants for vacant space in retail, office and industrial properties.  Our  goal  is to expose your property to the maximum number of potential tenants  and  procure  a  lease in the shortest amount of time possible.  We cooperate with all commercial real estate brokers, solicit our clients, as well as create a prospect list of potential tenants, which we contact through cold calling and direct mail.  The following is an example of a marketing system that is included in our brokerage fee.

Marketing Strategy:
